FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When I log in to home banking, I get a message saying "Invalid Username or Password."

A: The Account Number used by Home Banking is your personal VRU number. This number is found on the top right hand corner of your monthly statement. Your initial password is the first 5 digits of your Social Security Number. For security reasons, we recommend changing this password to something different. You can do this once you are logged in.


Q: I registered for Online Banking, but still can't log in.

A: New accounts are processed once each business day. Please allow one full business day for your account to become active. You will receive a confirmation email once your home banking account has been setup.


Q: I still have problems using the website and Online Services.

A: You can email member services at info@fricktricountyfcu.org or for immediate assistance during business hours, call the Uniontown Office at 1-800-SAY-FRICK.
